Looking for a fun yet competitive weekday Bass Fishing Tournament series ? Look no further, you have found the place to be on Thursday evenings. This great addition to Team Bass Xtreme was founded in back in 1986 by local angler Steve Kirby. Since then the TNT Series has been offering Central Ohio and surrounding area anglers with the highest quality of sportsmanship and fishing competition the area has to offer. We invite everyone to come out and fish with us. You will enjoy our friendly format. Our participants are some of the greatest people you will ever meet. No competitor is to young - or to old. This is a friendly competition in which we focus upon a fair and honest angling experience. What's holding you back ? Make it a point to check us out this season !
Maurice and Patrick come out on top in 2008!
Dave Murice of Venom lures along with his partner larry Patrick started out strong with an impressive 15.35# sack of fish in the second event of the season. From there they kept it together for the rest of the 2008 season. They blew away the closest competitor by an impresive 53 point lead to become the TNT Series Points Champions! They also stayed consistant at the year end fish off weighing in a limit weighing 6.92# on day one and 7.05# on day 2 for a total of 13.97# . They beat out the field and ended up " .28# " ahead of the 2nd place team ! Talk about a close finish. They owe their season to one of the baits that Dave worked on and designed back in 2005 , the Venom Lures "Big Shot Tube". They believe that the baits bigger profile provoked a strike from many fish that thought they were going to get a large meal fast. Congradulations on a great season and we look forward to seeing you back in 2009!
